YOU GON’ LEARN TODAY

AWRIGHT AWRIGHT AWRIIIIIIGHT

Here it is, the newest tutorial I promised for hitting 4,000 followers (took long enough to get here…)!

Today I’ll be showing you how to make GIFs like the ones in this set. As you can imagine, this can turn out to be REALLY time consuming - I spent a combined total of 18 hours on the whole set. I saw another set done this way and wondered how in the world it was possible…but upon closer examination I figured out exactly what needed to be done.

BEWARE: This tutorial is REALLY, REALLY lengthy, not to mention image heavy like you wouldn’t believe.

When I originally made the set I was using Adobe Photoshop CS5.1, but I have since upgraded to Photoshop CS6. This should actually be really translatable to other programs, though.

GIF tutorial time! ARE YA READY

OMFG I can’t believe I actually said I’d put this together, but here it is! Consider this a REALLY late present for hitting 2,000 (and then 2,500) followers, as well as a special post celebrating SD being up for six months already.

Today I’ll be showing y’all how to achieve some of the GIF effects seen in these three posts (and for a couple recent non-Disney examples, my JAPONESQUE PV posts). Remember, I use Photoshop CS5.1, so if you figure out how to translate these steps to any other program, more power to ya.

WARNING: This tutorial is not for the faint of heart. Be prepared to spend a few hours experimenting, undoing, cussing your computer out, etc.

Also, I’m assuming you already know how to make a GIF, so I won’t be going into detail about that. If you don’t, you can find some good ones in the GIF tutorial tag.

SLOW CONNECTIONS BEWARE: THIS IS IMAGE-HEAVY.

Ready? LET’S GO!

Grab your notepads, boys and girls!

WELP, as promised, here’s that tutorial I said I’d be bringing you all after hitting 500 followers - FINALLY! (For the record, I’m ever so close to 1,000 now. PUSH!)

Today, I’ll be showing y’all how I ended up with this edit right here. YES, I chose the one with my OTP - it’s one of my favorite graphics that I’ve ever made that isn’t Takanori Nishikawa- or Kumi Koda-related, hur hur. But it’s actually pretty simple if you have a decent grasp on Photoshop already.

So anyway, without further dudes, let’s do this thing!
(Warning: EXTREMELY image-heavy)
